1. General Provisions
These Rules define the procedure for visiting events (exhibitions, conferences, etc.) organized by World Silk Way LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer), and also establish standards of conduct on the territory of the event.
Attending the event means the visitor's consent to these Rules.
If additional rules are in effect at the venue (for example, on the part of the exhibition center administration), they are applied to the extent that they do not contradict these.
2. Admission Conditions
Entrance to the events is free and is carried out with a badge that confirms the visitor's registration.
The badge can be:
- printed in advance by registering online on the official website of the event;
- obtained on site — at the registration desk upon presentation of an identity document or the Organizer's VIP card;
- for journalists — after accreditation (details on the website in the media center section).
For students of specialized educational institutions, a free collective visit is possible on certain days. Entrance is carried out according to the list from the university, agreed with the Organizer, accompanied by a representative of the educational institution.
Important:
— Entry is through the turnstiles.
— The badge cannot be transferred to other people.
— If necessary, the Organizer may request an identity card.
— A lost badge can be restored at the registration desk.
3. Age restrictions
- Persons under 18 years of age can attend events only if accompanied by an adult.
- For some events, the restriction "18+" may apply. In this case, age is confirmed by a document.
- Details are provided on the website and in the information materials of the event.
4. Rules of conduct
On the territory of the event it is prohibited:
- To bring weapons, dangerous substances, alcohol, drugs;
- Smoking outside specially designated areas (including electronic cigarettes);
- Coming with animals;
- Bringing food and drinks (unless otherwise permitted by the Organizer);
- Using bicycles, scooters, roller skates, etc.;
- Conduct unauthorized events and activities;
- Polluting the territory, damaging equipment and property.
Visitors are also required to follow the instructions of the Organizer and the exhibition center administration, and in the event of an emergency, follow the evacuation plan.
5. Responsibility
Visitors who violate the Rules may be denied entry or removed from the event. In the event of illegal actions, information is transferred to law enforcement agencies. Material damage is subject to compensation in accordance with the law.
