In the lead-up to the international exhibition HomeTech & Electra 2026, a series of events aimed at developing direct business connections between foreign manufacturers and Kazakhstani entrepreneurs was held in Aktau, Turkestan, and Taraz.
The regional tour of Kazakhstan was organized by World Silk Way LLP in cooperation with the Republican Center for Entrepreneurship Support and the Foreign Trade Chamber of Kazakhstan.
During the presentations, business representatives received information about the opportunities for participating in the HomeTech & Electra 2026 exhibition, the operation of the B2B Way Club platform, supplier search mechanisms, the format of international B2B negotiations, and tools for direct interaction with manufacturers.
The organizers paid special attention to the issues of expanding product ranges, finding new suppliers, developing distribution networks, entering new markets, and strengthening international cooperation.
As the organizers noted, a modern international exhibition begins long before the opening of the exposition. Therefore, the preparation for HomeTech & Electra 2026 includes not only the formation of the exhibition venue, but also the preliminary selection of partners, the conduct of negotiations, and the creation of a high-quality business audience.
"Our task is not simply to hold an exhibition. We strive to create conditions under which companies can begin introductions and negotiations in advance, identify mutual interest, and arrive at the exhibition already prepared for substantive dialogue," said Asiya Burlibayeva, General Director of World Silk Way LLP and head of the B2B Way Club project.
According to her, it is precisely for this purpose that the B2B Way Club was created, which supports business contacts at all stages – before the exhibition, during its proceedings, and after the event concludes.
The company also notes that Kazakhstan attracts interest from international manufacturers not only as a promising market with growing demand, but also as a convenient platform for entering the markets of Central Asia, the CIS countries, and the Eurasian Economic Union.
"Today Kazakhstan is becoming an important platform for international business interaction. We see steady interest from manufacturers in the market of Kazakhstan and the Central Asian region," emphasized Azat Assembay, Director of World Silk Way LLP and head of the HomeTech & Electra 2026 project.
He added that the key task of the organizers is to create conditions under which this interest can be transformed into concrete negotiations, partnerships, new supplies, joint projects, and production cooperation.
The organizers also noted that holding HomeTech & Electra 2026 in Almaty is no coincidence. The city is one of the largest business centers in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, where trading companies, distributors, logistics operators, financial institutions, marketplaces, and service businesses are concentrated.
In the opinion of the organizers, the international negotiations already held and the work carried out in the regions demonstrate the high interest of entrepreneurs in new suppliers, direct contacts with manufacturers, and the expansion of international cooperation.
The next stage will be the international exhibition HomeTech & Electra 2026, which will be held from August 6 to 8, 2026 in Almaty. The event will serve as a platform for in-person meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and the further development of business relationships established during the preliminary preparations.
