
The leadership of World Silk Way held a working meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mr. Alexey Nikolayevich Borodavkin.
The discussions focused on engaging Russian manufacturers in the international exhibition HomeTech & Electra 2025, organizing business missions, strengthening industrial dialogue, and developing export potential in the field of electronics and household appliances.
Ambassador Borodavkin expressed interest in supporting the initiative and recommended the Russian Export Center (REC) as a key partner, citing its extensive experience in supporting international trade projects and its active representation in Kazakhstan.
According to REC, in the first 10 months of 2024 alone, more than 1,300 Russian companies exported goods to Kazakhstan with its support, totaling over 91 billion rubles.
The organizers of HomeTech & Electra 2025 view the participation of Russian manufacturers as a significant contribution to the development of the exhibition and to strengthening bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.
The exhibition will take place from August 7 to 9, 2025, in Almaty and will bring together representatives from more than 10 countries, showcasing the latest innovations in consumer electronics, smart home technologies, and digital solutions.
